One of the really nice things about countries in Europe is that public transportation is very well maintained, so it is extremely easy to get places, even if you don't have a car. Students that go to the US often have a really hard time getting places because they have to rely on their host parents or friends to drive them everywhere. It has taken some getting used to, but now that I have more or less gotten the hang of it I love it. Especially trains. Buses have a tendency to make me really car sick, but I am usually fine on trains. I also walk WAY more here, and I really enjoy the time to myself.
