I understand now why exchange students are always so bloody tired. The amount of new information that I take in everyday, the language and the new place, and being on my own and taking care of myself, means that I am constantly exhausted. I believe that I did a post about this in the past, but I thought since it is so relevant to me right now that I would post about it again. The language aspect is taking up a huge amount of my brain power right now. It is such a ridiculously hard language, sometimes I feel so discouraged and I worry that I will never be able speak it. Also, the amount of new people that I meet everyday is tiring. It is amazing to meet so many wonderful people, but having to remember their names, and where I met them, and how I know them, is very difficult sometimes. Here is a picture of all of the American AFS students that traveled to Finland. Darn glasses reflection!!
